DISCUSSING EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR ENROLLING YOUR CHILD AT THE DEPOT
To enroll your child, all necessary forms must be completed by the first day of attendance. Your signature of understanding the tuition policy and parent handbook must be on file in our office in order to meet the Texas State Licensing requirements. Your help in maintaining accuracy in these forms is of utmost importance. Initial and continued enrollment will be at the discretion of The Depot Learning Center based upon the best interests of the child, the expectation that he/she will benefit from the program, and the welfare of the other enrolled children.
Enrollment shall be without regard to race, creed, sex, or national origin. A non-refundable registration fee of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) is required annually on the yearly anniversary of when your child started. K-4 has a non-refundable registration fee of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) and a curriculum fee of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00).
A copy of the enrollment agreement will remain within the files of The Depot Learning Center as long as the child remains actively enrolled at the facility and is available for inspection by the parent or guardian at any time. The parent or guardian is required by state law to update information furnished herein as necessary with changes initialed and dated by the parent and the director (or designee).

We will not release students' records to anyone other than the primary person/guardian that first enrolled the student; our contract is with them. Parents/ Guardians have the right to consent to disclosures of personally identifiable information in the record, except under authorized circumstances. We may release information from student's education records with the prior written consent of parents.
We may also disclose information from education records without the consent of parents in response to subpoenas or court orders. We will notify the parent before complying with the subpoena unless the subpoena is issued to enforce the law and specifies not to notify the parent.

In any situation in which the child is temporarily withdrawn from The Depot and the parent or guardian has temporarily suspended regular payment of tuition, the enrollment will be terminated. Re-enrollment will be on a space-available basis, and an additional registration fee will be necessary.
